    Hi microsoft, i really do understand that you have

    Helped us receive refunds before and it really does mean

    A lot to us that you were able to help us out. However, now,

    Its a completely different story. My 7 year old son has spent

    Over £4,500 as im sure you are fully aware of. My family and i

    Do nor understand how he could take this much money from my

    Credit card it really did shock and destroy us all, all this money he spent

    Was out savings for 3 years straight! My wife and i worked so

    Hard to save all this up as we have been living in the same small

    House for years now and we really are struggling to save up and move out

    This has really had a massive impact on us as a family both physically and

    Emotionally. My relationship with my son has now been ruined we dont really

    Speak as often anymore and everythint is fallint apart just because of this £4500

    He spent WITHOUT permission from anyone in this family. We were completely

    Unaware of what he was doing otherwise we would have stopped him. We understand

    That you have given us refunds before, but we really need your help here

    We are begging you, this money is our entire lives and we cannot afford to lose it

    So please, please, please give us this one last refund and i sware to you, there will never be another request from me. Im sure you all understand our massive problem here and are willing to give us this refund now, i hope. Once again,

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then go to System > Settings > Account > Family and choose a child account.
    2. Select Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy > View details & customize > Buy & download and select On from the drop-down.

    Hi, sorry to hear of this issue you are having. With something this big, I think your only option is to contact Xbox support, and explain to them what has happened, and hopefully they will understand and refund you. support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I'm sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately our Live Support team no longer processes any refunds on the line or via chat support. Refunds are now only handled via our refund webform where a certain support team handles it.

    We do understand that your refund request has been reviewed by our team and at this time we are not able to refund your order. If you have questions about the decision please reply to the confirmation email sent to you as that is the only way
    to get back to our refund support team.
