    I've continually reported issues in Playrix Township through customer support. So far 10 unsolved and unanswered questions. There are far too many issues for me to make progress and I've asked for a refund on Gold Pass as I can't use it. When I try to report issue using another platform I get a robot and final answer is to report through game support! Continuous circle with still no solution. I've paid for a game I cannot play because of their issues. It's not just me hundrds of people are reporting this on Facebook groups. How can I solve this issue if they ignore me?

    I understand that you purchase in game content, but you already requested a refund as you mentioned, so there's no lost in the gold pass and the game it's free so there's no lost also, in regards to the game errors you must contact the game developers as they are the ones who can solve those issues

    Thanks Brad for the fast reply but when I wrote the question, I wasn't able to choose Microsoft store so I choose Xbox. But in reality it's for a purchase done through Township (from Playrix) on my Windows 10 pc

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. This does not happen very often, but ultimately it is up to the developers of the game to send you any in-game purchases. This game is not available on Xbox One but I recommend re-installing the game on whatever device
    you play this on.

    If the re-installation does not help, then you will need to contact Playrix Games.
