playing xbox 360 games on xbox one with gold

I have Xbox one with gold membership,

should i see the xbox 360 games free games in the gold membership?

Cannot purchase "free" 360 games on Xbox one or Xbox.com

It has always been like that not unless there will be an update regarding in redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on the website. Xbox 360 marketplace has a different structure than on Xbox One Store. Xbox 360 games with gold on the website will need a payment
method. In Xbox 360 console, you won't need one. Currently, you can't redeem Xbox 360 games with gold using Xbox One console and still under progress about redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on Xbox One console. Either get the games using an Xbox 360 console,
or get the games on the website with a payment method.

 

Gold membership

Xbox One games with gold games require a gold subscription to continue playing for free. 360 games with gold games do not so you can keep playing those without gold.

Any games you actually purchase are yours to play with or without gold.

 

Hello! You will have to download the 360 games online xbox.com/gameswithgold. After you click download, they will be in your ready to install in your games and apps.

 

I tried that, in xbox.com/gameswithgold i can only download to xbox 360 and i do not have xbox 360.

 

Not all games available on games with gold is backwards compatible as of yet. Here's a list of what is available so far

The game i'm talking about is Dungeon Siege 3, it listed as a compatible game in this list.

 

Once you download it online, it will show up in your ready to download in you games and apps

What type of device are you using to make the purchase? Be sure you're on a Computer rather than a mobile device or through your Xbox One console's browser. Also, if the region of your account is different than the region you're currently located in can
run into errors like the one you're seeing. You may need to add a different payment option to your account as well.

 

I'M using a computer with windows10 and explorer, the region of my account is Israel and I went into xbox live site with the same region, i get this error when I click the "change payment option".

 

Your region may not be compatible with the game, or are you using a card that is for your region?

 

I took your recommendation to check the region issue.

in xbox one the region is Israel the same region i'm entering to gold and try to download the 360 game.

I tried to change the region for 360 even I do not have one, and I get "There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later. "

I'm not Shure this is a region problem because m region in xbox one and in gold is the same,
