Playing without gold but still able to play with gold ?

Well my credit card got declined for two months and now yesterday I did not have any gold since I haven't paid the charges for the past two months . I made a new profile and I also had a 14 day trial which I used for the new profIke or account I made. So
when I try playing call of duty advanced warfare , I go on the new account and then go back to my other account which does not have Xbox gold and somehow Im still able to play online if I have the other account signed in. Would I get banned for doing this?

Gold membership

Xbox One games with gold games require a gold subscription to continue playing for free. 360 games with gold games do not so you can keep playing those without gold.

Any games you actually purchase are yours to play with or without gold.

 

Xbox Gold

If you paid for the games, you can play them whether they're gold or not. If they're Xbox One Games with Gold games, you have to have a gold subscription in order to keep playing them or you would have to purchase them. 360 Games with Gold can still be played
without gold.

 

That sounds like a bit of a glitch. I would suggest contacting phone support to find out what is going on with that account and see about working out a way to pay off the debt.

There is a possibility that you could be banned for using the tag without having a Gold membership.
