playing using full copy of game and game pass, two gamertags

So, I have the xbox game pass which I have been using to play sea of thieves on my pc. I also recieved a digital voucher for the full game. My girlfriend and I share an xbox but have different gamertags set as family so that we can
share on the same system. My question is, if I redeem the full version of the game under my gamertag can we play together (myself on PC, her on the xbox) I know it is cross platform but we tried with the gamerpass and it booted one of us whenever we went on,
her gamertag does not have xbox live as under the family setting she can usually just use mine.

There is two options for playing your Xbox one on your pc. These are called Xbox Play Anywhere, and Xbox game streaming.

Xbox play anywhere, allows you to purchases select titles on on of the two platforms (Windows 10 or Xbox One) and play your copy on either platform, with your cloud saves transferring easily between the two. More info on play anywhere and

Game streaming, is using the power of your xbox to stream the game to a windows 10 pc on your home network. More on that here How to Use Game Streaming in the Xbox App on Windows 10 .

If your little brother is using the Xbox system, then you would have to look into play anywhere titles. If he is not using the system, but just using the tv it is connected to, then you could use game streaming.

Played the alpha and beta. Paid full price, sold Diablo 3 on the 360 so I could afford the season pass. Then they turn around and give that away free. Would not bother me if it was one or two DLC items they give for free but not the entire pass. Think I
will save my money from this pretty much COD copy of a game.

It humors me that this is now a "scam" or "way to increase profits." It is actually a gift by Microsoft to allow you to get two digital licenses when you buy a digital game. One attaches to your home console and the other to your gamertag. This gives
them advantage over the retail store stores and hard copies of the game in that two people can share at the same time and play together off a single purchase.

You can install and play the game on any of the three consoles by using the gamertag attached to the game. It looks like this gamer wants to play together though which before Microsoft did this required every person to have a copy of the game, it is a gift
they made it possible for two people to play with one copy. Three and four people require two copies.

Gold is not required to play on PC. You will need two copies unless you have Game Pass though.

If the game is a digital game, you don't need 2 copies on the 360 per se. When you make a purchase you get two licenses to the game, one for the console it was purchased on and one for your gamertag. Anyone on the console used to purchase can play the full
game, and you can play the game on any console while signed in to Xbox LIVE. this means you could play the game on a second console while someone else plays the other copy purchased on the main console.

The online sharing on Xbox One is supposed to allow ANY account on your main console access to Gold services if you have a gold account on that xbox. The link x24hrs2livex posted shows this.
