Playing time of games is no longer counted

I've been hearing that the system that calculated tenure time was also counting silver time, so they ended up fixing the system and changing it so it doesn't count silver time. After doing that since silver was no longer counted some peoples tenure time
was decreased to the amount of time they were gold.

by that definition there are now 0 games that can be counted as they can all be played on desktop, tablet, laptop, and console form factors.

are you talking about a specific game, and what exactly happens when it's counting time?

If this is on a Xbox One console, then you can try Exiting the game via the Guide or setting the console to Energy Safe mode, which will result the console fully shuts down.

I would say that you just have to close the game for it to not count, but if that doesn't work, then you should ask somewhere that relates more to your topic.
