Playing someone else's games

If i have Titanfall and Ryse on my console

and for example gave my brother my X1 but didn't want him logging in my account, when he logs on his account will he have access to my 1 year sub of live? will he have access to rise and titan fall?

You'll want to change the email address on the account for sure, but since you don't have access to the email address I would contact the chat/phone teams for some options.

Im pretty sure that is correct.

 

Yes, my friend who doesnt have the xbox one, came and logged in on my xbox with his gamertag and he could play all my games on his account.

 

If your X1 is assigned as your "home" console, then anyone that signs into your console will have Live while signed in.

If you go to someone's house that has a X1 but not a gold account and you sign in with your gold account, then they will have gold until you sign out.

So, your "home" console will also have gold from your account, but your gold membership will also follow you on other X1 consoles. That is my understanding of how Xbox Live gold accounts work on X1 now.

 

so to get this straight, I Have an X1 and my roommate has an account on my box as Family. He is now getting an X1 of his own, so he can play the games i buy Digitally and vice versa on his console correct?
