    Playing Purchased digital Games on Game Pass Ultimate


    I just became a member of Game Pass Ultimate on Xbox.com so i can play games on my Galaxy Z Fold3 and Tab S7 Plus. I wanted to buy a game off the xbox.com market place but was told i cannot play any digital purchased games unless i have the console. the reason I purchased Game Pass was to play digitally purchased games as I would if I played on my Stadia account. Will this be an option for me or is this option coming to a future update?

    The console is marketed as all digital so that means that it will only take games in the form of codes, digital games purchases on the marketplace, or subscription passes like Game Pass, Ultimate, and EA Pass.

    if it was a digital download game you can request a refund.

    Since the game is a Game pass ultimate game you can play this and many other games with that sub.

    I know Playstation fan boys who purchased a Xbox only because of the Game Pass Ultimate offer !

    So get it and enjoy many great games.

    you have to both purchase the game digitally and have an Xbox game pass ultimate subscription. It is not part of the service

    Did you purchase Game Pass for PC, Xbox Game Pass, or Game Pass Ultimate? Only Ultimate includes EA Play.
