    Playing online from Xbox One with Xbox 360?


    My friend installed the first Dark Souls on his Xbox One and I don't have space left on mine to install it so I was wondering if it is possible to play online if we are both playing the same game but on a different platform?

    Going from 33mbs to 12 mbs on xbox one

    I'm moving and have to switch from xfinity blast 33mbps to AT&T 12mbps fiber optic. Will there be a noticable difference playing on xbox one playing online with 12mbps speed?

    If you are playing an Xbox 360 game through the Xbox One's backward compatibility feature, you are able to play it online.

    While playing the Xbox 360 game online, players on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles would populate the same servers and lobbies.

    As a sidenote, the Xbox 360 version of GTA V is currently NOT backward compatible with the Xbox One.

    If the animals aren't online, they better have something big or different from the 360 going on online, otherwise ill just keep playing it on my 360 till it breaks down. THEN ill get it for the xbox one

    No the Xbox One is not backwards compatible so you won't be able to play 360 games on it.

    As far as being online, if your online on Xbox One and have friends/family online on the 360, I believe you will be able to see them appearing on your Friends List, you will be able to send/receive messages from each other but you won't be able to go into Xbox
    LIVE Party Chat or play games together.
