Playing on Xbox Live when in different region

I'm planning on buying an Xbox one in September, when it is officially available in India. However, I would be moving to Oman shortly after that for a work assignment, that'll last for 3 -4 months. If I'm correct, Xbox live is not available in Oman. Would
I be still able to pay online using the console that I purchased in India? I would be setting up the India region in my profile, obviously. Thanks in advance.

You find gamerpics in the xbox live marketplace somewhere Probably under themes and gamerpics or something like that. Different regions may have different ones available too, so you might not have much luck, depending on where you live.

There's also the possibility that it is awarded by playing one of the south park games that's available on xbox 360.

How to switch account region on Xbox 360?

Hi,

My XBox live account has different payment options/ billing addresses for different regions (US & Slovakia). I can switch between them easily on xbox.com page.

However my console only offers me the US region settings. Changing the console locale does not have any influence on this.

Question: Is there a way how to switch between the different xbox live accoun regions on the xbox 360 console?

There are other people who are in countries where Live is not officially supported. Although it's not the best method, they do what you have described.

Be aware though, you may not be able to download some content while outside of your country as some items are region locked.

hi this is weird, i have 2 suggestions 1 if you live in a different region like japan or Italy exe. there are different regions settings and codes (example i cant play an Japanese game on an American xbox) so you can try to change tie region settings but
there is a limit on region changes also it my be were you live 2 have you tried to download it a again to try getting GTA on a region you can yous P.S GTA San Andreas my not be able be played on a different region because xbox live downloads are (or may) be
just for certain regions so if those suggestions dont work contact xbox see if they can send you GTA San Andreas to your xbox only do this if my suggestions dont work

To play xbox 360 games in a different language your account should be set in the xbox live region where that language is available.

Yes it will work in Norway, but you may need a new power brick(as different countries have different power voltages). If Xbox live for xbox one isn't available in your region at launch, then you won't be able to use the console online. On a lighter note,
the Xbox One will play games from any region as it is region free.
