    Playing Halo 4 matchmaking on Xbox 360. MATCHMAKING GAMES NOT FULLY LOADING...


    Problem is the matchmaking games are not fully loading and at the bottom of screen it keeps saying "Information could not be retrieved from Xbox Live" This has been going on for about 3 days now. Xbox Live Status webpage says everything is working normal.
    I have reset everything and signed in and out. Nat type is set to OPEN.

    everytime im about to play halo 4 matchmaking my xbox freezes on the loading screen.

    Serious Modding and or hacking going on.

    As far as I'm aware CoD matchmaking is based mostly on ping. Halo is the only game with true matchmaking on the 360.

    I have a similar issue with Halo 4, my error message "You have lost your connection with xbox live". Have tried new router and another XBox along with all the troubleshooting tips.

    Hi mrsamfisher,

    Sorry to hear about the current issue with matchmaking for Halo 4. I would recommend to visit the

    developers website    . Seems like there is a current alert and other players are currently experiencing the same issue.

    As far as for the console, I would troubleshoot the
    Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution.

    It seems that this is a pretty common issue these last couple of days.

    I would see if you could contact Bungie's support site at
    https://www.bungie.net/en/Help     and see if they are able to shed some light on the situation.

    Let us know how that helps resolve the issue!

    Trouble with Halo 4 matchmaking

    Is this happening when you just play War Games or is it happening in all game types? If it's happening in all game types then it could be your game disk that is scratched or has dust ect..., on it and not loading the map correctly, thus kicking you back
    to the menu. Maybe try a friends disk that you know loads on his Xbox and see if that works.

    No, this is not possible. The networking, matchmaking, and the way the multiplayer works in general are vastly different on the MCC compared to Halo 4 on the 360.

    Think of it like trying to connect CoD Ghosts on the 360 with somebody playing it on the Xbox One. They're the same game, but the networking side is very different and not compatible.

    Halo 4 is great, but I don't understand somethings

    Variety is still key, and dual wielding needs to come back also. Halo 2 in my opinion is still my favorite for online. That game rocked in matchmaking. Firefights were awesome too. I feel Halo 4 has lost ways to play with your friends against the enemies
    of the game, not other halo players, i.e matchmaking.
