  1. Playing games with other household members, do I need another Live subscription? Help XBOX ...

Finally broke down and got my son an XBOX 360 for his birthday over the weekend and I need HELP. We bought an extra controller and programmed it, and it seemed to work. But when we went to play a game with him, nothing. Then I read somewhere that each
person needs a subscription/membership to play against one another. Is this true? What if we just wanted to play at home like the PS3 and not online? He was trying to get us to play Plants v Zombies Garden Warfare with him and I cannot figure out how to
do this. Again, another Live subscription? If so, is this for all XBOX games? Do we always need to be "connected" to play any game? I am so confused and XBOX illiterate.

    :)

    Two Consoles x box one

I have one xbox one atm, I'm considering getting another and would like to know if we add another console and want to play Fifa or any other multi player game together on each of the consoles would we have to buy two copys of the game to play online with
each other (in the same household) or do we need two copys of the games (one for each console) and two live accounts ?

  3. Help! I'm a mom who is xbox illiterate!

Is there a way to change for one Microsoft account to another? My son brought his xbox to his dad and he signed him up for the free xbox live trial. Now every time we want to change or do something we need his password for his email. If I switch it to
my account, does my son lose all his maps and live membership and achievements? Also, it won't let my son play GTA5 on live????

Yes all accounts on a 360 need a gold membership to play online even if both consoles are in the same location sorry.
