    Será un gusto ayudarlo con su problema. el código de error 0x803F8001 . Esto puede significar una de tres cosas:

    1. El disco del juego no está en la consola
    2. El juego fue comprado y descargado por otra persona que no ha iniciado sesión en la consola Xbox One.
    3. El juego fue comprado y descargado pero no has iniciado sesión, ni estás conectado a Xbox Live.
    4. Solución 1 – Reinicie la consola, realice un ciclo de alimentación completo o desconecte la consola para reiniciar completamente
    5. Solución 2 – Comprobar el estado del servicio Xbox Live
    6. Solución 3 – Designe una consola Xbox One como su buzón de casa
    7. Solución 4: asegúrese de que ha iniciado sesión en Xbox Live
