    After I got the new update my whole Xbox has been running slow, I cannot open games without it closing automatically if I try and open a app it freezes. I have done the clear cache unplug probably 10 times I factory reset it where i have to retype in my
    accounts. I don't know what else to do.

    This may be a silly question, have you shut down any apps that are open or you have been playing on this particular Xbox as it will priority will be for the app/game which is open.

    No, it's not possible. The game is not a cross play game. The PC version of the game is not available from the Xbox app. The Xbox app would open the Ubisoft connect app, and you would purchase it from there.
