Playing games i bought on my old xbox on my new xbox.

Hello, I recently Got an xbox one x, I used to play games and all of my games I have bought them on my old xbox one s, allthough I installed the games on my external harddrive when i bought them on my old xbox one s, but when i plug in my externl harddrive
in to my new xbox one x, some of the game wont start, it ask me if have bought the game? and then it guides me to the store, but when im in store it already shows i own the game and it ask me to start game, BUT when i press the PLay game button it ask me all
over again if i already bought the game? I have full owner ship of the games, because already bought, when i used to play on my xbox one s ?

Why cant i play the games on my new xbox one x? Im talking about games such as the crew 2 and other games i bought.

Pleas someone help, its really frustrating, when you know u own the games...

where on xbox do i find order history. I can only find it on computer on my microsoft account . ?

You can go to your Order History and re-download it from there. That's where I go to verify I purchased the games digital and didn't buy the disk.

If it doesn't show up in your order history then there isn't a record of you buying it for that gamer tag. You will need to reach out to Support
for Help.

It worked with battlefield v.. But So far I cant download The crew 2 standard editon, and also NBA playgrounds 1 Isn't possible to download

Yeah I actually wondered if that could work, I was just affraid to delete them.- in case I couldnt download them again.
