Playing games from a used xbox360?

I'm curious about getting a new xbox and noticed that some people are selling systems with games already downloaded and installed from xbox live. If I purchased one of them, would I be able to still play those pre-installed games after associating the system
with my gamertag? Wouldn't the hard drive get erased when I log into my account?

So I'm thinking of buying a used xbox off someone and they have games already on there. Am I going to be able to play those games or what? Or do i like need special permission or that persons account or something. I want to make sure before I buy. Can someone
answer this for me?

As long as they leave the console as their Home console, you'll be able to access the games on your own account. They'll either already show as installed or as ready to install. If the original owner every changes that setting, you will lose access to the
games.

There would be no way to actually associate those games to your account. The original account that purchased them would still own the games and if they ever do a license transfer to another console, you will lose access to those games.

If i play an game what i bay in an game shop. or i bay it in an marktplace in xbox360.

are there achievments if i download it from the xbox360 marktplace or only with disk's

I haven't played any Transformers games, but my son use to play it on Xbox360.

I got Rare Replay to and have a Xbox360 as well. Rare Replay install all Xbox360 and XBL-Arcade games separatly on the xbox one, you can start these games directly from your library.

It behaves like a purchased game from the store, usually the compatible Xbox360 games are also still playable on the old xbox360 with the same account.

But not with the Xbox360 and XBL Games from Rare Replay, these licenses are not transferred as usual for the Xbox360.
