    I play fortnite on xbox and i bought the season 7 battle pass and MY XBOX LIVE GOLD RAN OUT in the middle if the season so i didnt get to max it so xbox! Please remove having to buy gold for games like fortnite or other free games. They’re supposed to be
    free not have to pay 10$ a month.

    IF THIS DOESN’T GET FIXED I’M SWITCHING TO PLAYSTATION!

    Free-to-play games will be playable without Gold, but Gold will still be required for non-free games. So Fortnite you can play without Gold. Call of Duty would need Gold.

    You will need an XBox Gold membership to play any games online. You can also buy monthly XBox gold cards.
    PS also requires their memberships to play online games

    Except of Fortnite, reason is that they are rising their console profit selling rate by making fortnite free to play without membership

    Then why not xbox can make fortnite free to play without xbox live gold membership

    Free-to-play games no longer require Gold, so Halo Infinite, Fortnite, and Apex can be played without Gold.
