Playing Dragon Age DLCs using Cloud Gaming

I'm confused on whether or not the Dragon Age: Inquisition DLCs are included in my cloud gaming subscription, and therefore attached to the game automatically, or whether I need to buy them separately. If I buy them on the Xbox website, will I be able to link them up with my current save and play them using cloud gaming? I don't own a console, so I'm playing using my browser on PC. I can't find a straight answer about it anywhere. I don't think I've unlocked any Trespasser or DLC achievements so far, but I'm not far into the game.
