Playing Assassins Creed Valhalla on Xbox One, it’s now freezing and closing the game

I’ve been playing this game for 100+ hours now, and it’s one of my favorites. Not at any point was I ever having problems, but up until recently. Sometimes I can go 5 minutes or 5 steps, and out of nowhere the screen freezes with game sounds/music where I’m at continuing to play for a few seconds, then goes to a black screen to closing the game itself and sending me back to the Xbox Home Screen. I’ve tried leaving it alone, and the problem still continues, getting worse (the time I’m able to play before being booted) about every-time to try it. Someone please help. I’ve never had a game ever act like this in all my years, and I’m worried that I can’t go further

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hello i purchased assassins creed valhalla from the microsoft store then days later i did a reset and keep my games now i cannot play valhalla it asks if i own the app can someone please tell me what to do so i can resolve this issue. Thank you

Mines the same. Just completely died when I was playing Assassins Creed valhalla.
