Playing a movie results in error 0xc00d36c4

Hi,

i purchased the movie "Star Trek 2 - The Wrath of Khan" a few days ago. First time, when i played the movie till the half, everything was working. Today, I wanted to watch the other half of the movie but now, whenever i try to start the movie with Xbox Video
i get the following error:

"Wiedergabe nicht möglich.

Das Dateiformat dieses Inhalts wird möglicherweise nicht unterstützt, die Dateierweiterung ist möglicherweise falsch oder die Datei ist beschädigt.

0xc00d36c4 (0xc00d36c4)"

I have already ready tried to restart the console, but it did not help.

Does anyone know what to do?

Please help " Can't play the movies that I downloaded

Movies that I purchased / rented and downloaded I can't get the to play. I keep getting the following error that it is not supported.

0xc1010090 (0xc00d36c4)



Can some give me some ideas on how I can fix this

The error message is 0xc00d36c4 keep in mind that this is happening to files I already seen on Xbox one they are not all new

 

Re-installing "Xbox Video" and restarting the console fixed the problem it seems! I'am now able to watch the movie again from beginning without errors!

I got the same message, paid for a movie on video app 8.1 did take a little break>pause< came back and it was a no go. I hope I will get credit because I only did see 15 minutes of it. Get the same message in English aber ich bin auch halb deutsch also Das

Oh I forgot I don't have an x box but a lap top if that makes a difference. But I really would like credit for it because I don't like to pay for things I don't get > don't see. Could anybody please help me,i will give you big Aloha from my heart and if
