Playgrounds Championship Stopped Working - NBA 2k Playgrounds 2 on XBOX One

Not sure if it's a global issue or not but starting about a week ago, I am no longer able to connect to playgrounds championship mode on NBA 2k Playgrounds 2 for my XBOX ONE.

I checked out all my network settings, restarted my router, restarted my Xbox, re-acknowledged the privacy policy, switched my profile and nothing seems to be working to fix the problem.

I checked my NAT and it's showing the type is OPEN which should be what I need. At this point I don't have a clue on what else I can try to be able to get back into the online gaming aspect for NBA 2k Playgrounds 2.

Thanks for the reddit thread. I had a feeling but couldn’t find anything online. Still sucks that microsoft hasn’t fixed it nor put out a bulletin

According to several other players on Reddit, it seems that the servers are down intermittently due to higher than usual volume.

I believe this may be an issue on 2K's end, most games run on servers hosted by the publisher, Microsoft mostly only provides a way to connect to them.
