Personally, I'm not having any issues with the achievement system currently.

Have you already tried performing a
power cycle on your Xbox One console?

Hello!

There are issues from time to time. The vast majority of the time it resolves itself and the achievements pop within 24 to 72 hours. As someone else mentioned, sometimes hard resetting your system will help, others it's just a matter of being patient.
