Players with gamertags that you can't access their profiles to avoid them

I got team killed in The Culling and went to block and report the guy but can't find his gamertag. I went to recent players and then manually searched and it doesn't show up. The tag is either
[Mod Removed]or Pizza with a lowercase L instead of an I. This is pretty frustrating if trolls can just make their profile private or whatever it is and not have to worry about repercussions.

I've searched and this seems to be a common thing with players who are toxic. They block communication to avoid getting reported. Anyhow, how can I block this guy?

You are not allowed to post the gamertags on the forums.

Block comms,avoid & report the players via your console.

That's the only way to report someone,it can't be done anywhere else.

Just go to recent players,click on their gamertag & report them from there.

Hi. I know the ravings of immature players - age usually isn't a factor - can be distracting. The best thing to do is mute those players and then access their gamer profile. "Avoid" the individual for their communication, and if necessary, "Report" the
person for in-game voice. You can also report the person via BLOPS II's in-game menu. If you do not report them, the administrators can do nothing to address the issue. If you mute someone and are matched with them again, the 'mute' will still be in effect.

It can sometimes take time for recent players to show up in your list. Users can't hide or make their profiles unsearchable.

 

While it's true that it can take some time for recent players to show up, that is not what's happening in this case. I recorded the session. I can't access the guy's profile by searching his name.

clip of the whole encounter recorded as well. I want to block him because this game has a small user base and while I've never been paired with him before, you often get paired with the same users. This was a high level player so it's safe to assume he knew
I was his teammate. There is no voice communication in this game.
