Hello, i want signal offensive communication by users: [Mod Removed]. They are italian guys who threaten me and my family and insistently request to communicate with me, even though I have blocked them, to continue to offend and threaten me and my family.
I want to be contacted by a microsoft representative because I want to proceed to the lawsuit against these people otherwise i will proceed against microsoft.

Hi there,

Abusive messages can be classed as offensive, however 'teabagging' is not - as it is simply a taunt in many ways. Communication bans are for typing offensive messages, sending offensive voice messages, or using offensive language in-game.

You wont be unbanned from a communications ban if you have done something bad.

Report offending messages via the console.

Name and shame of other gamers is against the forum rules.

If you want to take legal action against other gamers, that is on you.

You have no grounds for legal proceedings against Microsoft, as they have already given you the tools to report and block messages.

I agree. Only course of action is to Block, Bad review player, Avoid player and mute. I currently run the process regulary on Call of Duty Black Ops 2 with offensive emblems and boosting.
