There are devices sites can put on their sites to detect hacks and mods and ban them. Sites that people spend money on should use these to ensure that their customers are getting a fair playing field. If they don't the they

are allowing their customers to get ripped off and are no better than the cheats they allow to ruin the game for those who play by the rules.

 

Hey here is a tip. Get better at the game. Do NOT attempt to get any cheats for this game I am willing to bet every one of those sites contain malicious code.

 

could of blew up your ammo rack ive had it few times but from how long ive seen it no ones been using mods or hacks there were glitches but from what i know of they have fixed them

 

well, something needs to get done about the cheating.

i dont understand why anyone is letting anyone cheat.

we pay money to be on this network to get away from the cheaters n hackers on the free networks.

and now we have to deal with them here after we still pay money.

this is a joke. and then we pay money to play wot for the gold and such, and for what, to be cheated again. i for 1 will not play a game that i have no chance at due to the fact that ill be playing with hackers n cheaters.

ill be spreading the word on how this is not getting taking care of and how our money is just being taken from us with no results.

i am very disappointed in all of this.

 

and now im hearing that the PC version is being allowed to play on the xbox live network.

is this a rumor or is it true?

 

There are no Mods in WoTXbox 360 Edition. As stated, WoT Xbox is ran on secured dedicated WoT servers. Since the game is ran on the WoT servers, if someone was able to "hack" the server, every player on the server would also get the same thing.

Your google search of "hacks" are not hacks. It is a scam to get your account information.

The things posted in the OP are just normal game mechanics as other players have already stated.

 

hey choasdisharmony. i think we played once together. i highly doubt that the xbox 360 is modable unless with the chip but apparently if one does do that, the xbox live game servers will find it then ban the player for life. so no many want to take that

for the light tank hitting your light tanks with one shot. i have been able to do this shot by upgrading. so i am not cheating but paying for my upgrades with all of my resources. takes alot sometimes for depending on the tank.

want to take that chance. the game is actually updated from the server so any modding would just get wiped out. your stats are saved on the server also but i wish our logs of all battles were. they dont seem to be all the time.

for the tanks hitting your tanks with one shot and winning -- i have been able to do this shot by upgrading. so i am not cheating but paying for my upgrades with all of my resources. it takes alot sometimes for depending on the tank.

for those amazing shots through walls and tanks and hills. most likely because i use it I shoot through windows or other destroyed tanks. it is possible but not through hills.

if this game had the ability to ALWAYS look through the tank instead of the top down view it will probably be more apparent how one gets hit. the top down view or 2D viewpoint can be deceiving.

WORLD OF TANKS support staff have answered me on issues and they do have logs. if you can send all the information (I take a picture) of your tank and status at the end before you exit the last screen they can review the game logs and see if someone is cheating.
for example if someone has 20 kills and no damage would be a flag. then they can investigate. i have never seen that yet by the way as i check the stats at end of game with the A button to review players.

Oh forgot to add AT THIS TIME Onebox Live support told me that Xbox360 and Xbox One servers and other servers do NOT talk to each other.

AS of yet. so too bad people on the one place Xbox360 cannot play with WoT on PC for example. It is a closed network that way.

PC version I bet is a place where someone could POSSIBLY cheat but again if the files are different from the server, then they get replaced. that is the way we programmers would do that.

Online hacking WoT is totally crap. PS We do mod certain games but not server games.

 

everything is kept server side except for graphics,, only way to cheat is to lag spike/ lag switch.. there are also such things as perks and equipment.. these do make gaming changing things happen.. there is also premium and heat shells that do a lot more
pen and damage.. I couldn't tell you how many times i have been accused of cheating because i know how to play my tanks..
