Player threat to get me suspended from XBL

Hello, I have encountered a player on Xbox Live who's threaten me. After speaking with an Xbox Support agent, I was asked to post my problem on the Xbox Forums. (Xbox Enforcement Help!)
Here's how it all started...

1. I was online playing Battlefield 4, and I was doing very well in a round. While playing, I recived a message in which
   he said: "I'm filming this, and I'm going to report you." (for all the reasons under Submit a Player Review), and that
   I was going to get suspended from Xbox Live. I was confused, what did I do? So I told that said player that he was "breaking the Xbox Code of Conduct by submiting false reports under a player's gamertag and threating me,"
   He told me that he was "not threating me," but those messages he sent were all threating actions against me. I told him "Let me look you up real quick," (since he said he's recording)" He said that I "was
   threating him by saying that." He told me he had a friend that was an Xbox Ambassador, and that he would suspend my account. I asked him "Why are you reporting me? Be Specific," and he said, "For exploting
   the game and using that exploit." He then proceeded to say that "he is tired of talking and that he's going to take actions now," but nothing has been done againste me yet.
   

• I proceeded to submit a negative player review, Filed a Complaint via Xbox 360 Console, and then I blocked communications. I said nothing intended to be threating to him, but almost every message he sent me
  was intimidating and involved some threating action. The complaint I filed was for:
  Text Messages (Harmful/threating text messages).

His Xbox Live gamertag can be posted by request so further action can be taken (As I was told to post on the forums for this.)

My Investigation

When You are Communication Suspended You Are Removed All Privilages To Talk Which Led Me Up on My Perma Suspention for harass abuse and threats either a report was over looked or the enforcement team is bullshiting me but i just quiet dont understand when
ur communication suspended u cant talk which i was on 2/1/2017 untell 2/15/2017 and on the 2/3/2017 i was perma suspended for harass abuse and threats but the thing is how can u get perma suspended for abuse harass and threats when your revoked of all privilages
to talk to anyone

Phone support can do nothing for you,they will just wrongly send you back here.

All you need to do is report on your console,thats it.

Ambassadors can not ban you.

 

Customer Support can't do anything about this, Apollo. Just file a report through your console, block communications, and don't send any further messages to the individual. Support may have told you to post here, but that agent does not seem to be aware
of the specific forums in which the Xbox PET crew hang out, nor specifically for what purpose. They answer questions about account suspensions and console bans. Specifically, they answer the questions of those whose consoles or accounts were banned, to tell
them why it happened. They don't take reports through the forums. Nobody here has any power to take action against other players. Only filing a report through the console can bring someone to the attention of the Xbox Policy & Enforcement Team.

Also, it seems we addressed this very issue a few hours ago in the Discussions forums, during which time the exact same advice was rendered.

How are you an Ambassador?

It has already been stated that calling Phone Support will not help his issue. In fact it would only be a waste of his time and the support agent who tries to help him but can't because it is not something they deal with.

   If you were not cheating then you have absolutely nothing to worry about. He can file complaints against you all day long and nothing would happen to you. In fact if he files false complaints too often HE will be the one getting
   the enforcement action taken on his account.

You are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.

You shouldn't bump old threads either.

The ONLY way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.

The only people who can ban/suspend you are the enforcement team,as long as you don't give anyone your login details then your account will be fine,it's an empty threat & nothing to get worried about
