Player Tampered With Connection of Match, Requesting Discipline Have video with proof

While playing Call of Duty: Black Ops II, I was matched up with a player who tampered with the connection of the match. He was placed on the other team, and before the match started he said "I'll just boot you." After my team took the lead in the game, players
started losing connection to the match and everyone besides the aforementioned player experienced serious lag issues. Eventually, he and I were the only players in the match, and shortly after I was kicked from the match, as well as the Black Ops II servers.
I was unable to access multiplayer without exiting the game to the home screen first. I was recording for the duration of the match, and have a video documenting the proof I have that this player tampered with the match's connection. I would like to request
that this player receive discipline.

Lag Compensation video

I never thought of it this way like it was explained above me. Looking for more games and not accepting the first match listed would put you up against players further away. Causing more stress on your connection. Hmmmm I guess that from now on I will play
in the first match I am put in and see how my connection is. Sounds interesting.

FIFA 14

Just before the match starts on FIFA 14, a box appears saying.. .we have Detected your squad file does not match that of your apponent and have cancelled the match to prevent unfair play. Should your squad be corrupted or tampered with you will need to
delete your online squad file and re-down load? Is my console f#$ked already? Any ideas??

sorry all you can do is report the user via your 360/One dashboard pretty sure the PET who handles enforcement does not accept video proof.

If you feel that an Xbox Live player has violated the Xbox Live Code of Conduct , you can file a complaint against that player.
This page describes how.
You are going to have to use the tools on your Xbox 360 console. You can File a complaint against another Xbox Live player and you can also Mute, block, or avoid other players on Xbox Live and Submit a player review.

Press the Guide button on your controller.

Select Friends, then go to the Players tab.

Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.

Select one of the following general reasons for filing the complaint:

Profile: The player’s gamertag, personal picture, or personal information contains inappropriate material.

Text and Voice Communications: The player used vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening language in voice or text communications.

Video Communications: The player was vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening in video communications.

Tampering: The player tampered with a game, an Xbox 360 console, Xbox LIVE, or the feedback system.

Select one of the following specific reasons for filing the complaint:

Profile: Gamertag, Personal Picture, Personal Info, Player Content
