Player support????

Discus and support Player support???? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been watching this so called "support side" for a couple of days.     Player support????


    I've been watching this so called "support side" for a couple of days. A lot of posts are about people complaining that the game is not working properly.

    Recently I am experiencing problems, that have been already mentioned by other players.

    Problems logging in(says can't connect to server) and when I finally get to play at the end of the game when it is time to redeem your coins, luggage etc. POOF!!! Site disappears.

    You would think that with all the posts about the issues there would be at some sort of comment/reaction from Microsoft. But hey, it's like everyone from Microsoft went on vacation. No word, nothing.

    I've seen 1!! reply. And that one says it is the players computer. Microsoft REALLY????

    Shouldn't be the first thought be "when did the issue start? What happened? Did we change something like the ads for example/upgrade etc?"

    But that's just me being my logical self.

    I will check once in a while, if the game is working properly again, but in the end I see me and others just stop playing.

    Mine too. Tried re-installing (from popular apps) and installation stops at 100%.

    Same here, lost the newer (green) Media Player from my pins and can't find it. Also my pinned Blu-ray player app has disappeared (and can't be repinned from the Apps section) - any ideas?

    I can't believe that Xbox one doesn't support 3D. It is a mayor shame. I have to plug my Playstation 3 in order to play my 3D movies

    You can play online miltiplayer, but the game does not have local multiplayer.

    [/quote]The same thing happened with FIFA 06 on the 360. It had wayyyyyy fewer modes than the PS2/Xbox version did.

    MS doesn't make FIFA. You can't make a patch for an intellectual property you do not own.
