Player stealing off another player and brags about it.

This isn't technically support, nor discussion so I'll leave it here.

Because Xbox never really listens to my complaints ( I kinda have a bad reputation for communication against other players) I decided to take it up to the forums.

This player (FP x Laker) invited me to a party to announce that he got Destiny 2 via mic communication. I asked how, in which he replied "I bought it on my friends account". I was confused, because I didn't believe that buying a game on your friends account
applies to your account, and he stated he "Nevermind, I'll explain later" so I left the party, and received an invite a couple of minutes later from him again, with another player. (Don't remember his name) And heard " It was a glitch" and then corrected himself
saying "I'm joking" and then said "The way I got it was technically stealing"

At that time I was confused whether it related to stealing from microsoft, instead it was much worse (From my pov). He said he asked his friend to borrow his account to do something, and at the time knew his card details were still in it. His friend stupidly
let him borrow it. The player borrowed it to gift himself a game out of his friends card (which I believed belonged to his parents, because they said he was like twelve years old)

After which I basically went on to say He was a horrible person, as this had happen to my dad once, and I suffered many days starving because my younger brother had giving his card details to his friends.

FP x Laker and his friend tried to justify his actions by saying it was funny, and that his mom was going to give him a beating, his parents we're rich anway and that the kid was an ****hole anyway.

He then went on to say he was going to change his password, block him from communications and leak his info, which really ticked my nerves on how such a boy would have very low moral standards. He went on to say that they'll never found out anyway that it
was him.

After I explained that they can see who it was gifted too and that the bank can refund the credit, he said that he has an excuse that "I'll just go and say I was just looking at the price and didn't know I bought it"

Because I didn't want him to know I was going to report him (To not risk the person he scammed to have his details released) I didn't ask who the person he scammed once, so he didn't get suspicious of me, I wanted to find out as much information as possible
so i can hand this over to microsoft, considering they have to proper tools to find out whether or not his story of theft is true.

Now I ask of any xbox moderators to check if he was gifted a game, and to contact the gifter (Via billing phone or email) if this is true at all.

This sickens me that a player would steal with such joy on what he had done.

When someone is bragging about their scores what is expected of you in return?

It does'nt really bother me when people brag about there stats,Only when they use them to try and belittle another players play style having never played with them before passing judgement.Just humour them and say "yes,very nice" or something.

 

What do you use as a mic in game?

wow you spent all that just to play video games, wouldnt brag about it to be honest

 

Okay, so apparently the enforcement team doesn't look into forums posts. So, who has the ability to inform them? Everything I've seen so far doesn't regard to an issue like this? Anyone able to refer them to this? I'd prefer to talk over the phone to them
anout this because you're likely to have an investigation set up straight away, instead of getting my info basically lost in a abyss.

 

You would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. That is the only way to report someone to the enforcement team.

 

I did, but as again, my reports would probably be ignored anyway, other than that, this is an immediate problem. He's likely to cause some trouble against the player very soon.
