Player review won't stay under 'avoid' list

While playing multiplayer on a particular game I came across a cheat.

I went through the report process and added said player to my 'avoid' list.

A few days later I come across same player and have to repeat. I thought once a player was marked as 'avoid' you don't have to avoid them again. However with this particular player I have to avoid them over and over again every time I see them playing. Is
this another 'cheat' they are doing outside the game itself?

Another option after filing the complaint is to find that user from the recently met list and in their profile under 'Review Player" select Avoid Player (person, can't remember which one it is). That way the odds of ever playing with them again are slim
to none.

Avoiding a player only lessens the chances of you being matched with them again.It doesn't mean you will never be matched with them.

Open your friend list,go to recent player tab.Find their gamertag in the list and click on them.Choose submit review and then click "avoid player"

Fyerball 72 is right. If all you're doing to "nullify" the problem is submitting a player review and chosing avoid player and the other player is preffering you, then you need to find them under the recent players list tab, find
the gamertag, and select block communications. The other player won't be able to send any messages, whether it be invites, text, voice, or even in-game voice meaning he won't hear the other player while playing the game, and most likely unable to join the
same games sessions. My only other suggestion here because with such instances, their experience is subject to the content, not to mention the community for which it's suited, would be to check under the parental controls and adjust the contant range for
which is most suitable.
