    Player on Microsoft Bingo Chat using bad language


    While playing Microsoft Bingo this evening (August 3,2016) another player,
    [Mod Removed]    , began writing messages in chat that contained curse words.
    [Mod Removed] was asked to stop by myself and other players, but would not. When asked to stop,
    [Mod Removed] replied with more cursing or HaHaHaHa. Mo then individually addressed any player who asked Mo to stop--[Mod Removed] called those players names and wrote derogatory messages to them on chat. Then, Mo began writing
    derogatory statements about the Bible. This player ruined the game for all of us playing this evening. So, when
    [Mod Removed] would not stop, I reported [Mod Removed] to Micorsoft Support Chat and was told that Microsoft will investigate!!

    this player is using bad language and profanity on Xbox live games. We need to ban him from getting on line.

    Sign in to another computer

    I tried to reset Microsoft Bingo and all it does is sit in a download queue in the Microsoft Store. It will not uninstall or install. If I sign on to another computer with the same password. Will that error follow me or can I install Bingo and play it?
    I use chat on Xbox while playing this and other games.

    In the bingo chat, click on their name and then choose the mute option.

    Open up the Xbox App, on the right hand side is Find People. Search for their gamertag. When it comes up you'll see Add friend, Message, more - choose more and then pick report.

    If someone used a bad language you do not have to use similar language and break the rules. Instead you should've just blocked that player and reported to Xbox.

    You have to check the text and comm settings on your account. If you're clear there, then you might have been suspended

    (from in-game chat) for comm issues, such as foul language or bad sportsmanship. LIVE players won't hesitate to report your obscene language and immature conduct.

    Ignore the user by using the report and avoid player functions-

    A Microsoft employee would never act in such a manner and they wouldn't "threaten" you with a console/anything bad threat.
