“player needs controller to play this game”

Well that is a decision for the game developers, but it could give another option for the players. It might need to create separate playlists to allow controller players to play with other controller players etc.

I must be an idiot because I can’t make 2 player work. I reset the console and logged in with both accounts and reconnected both controllers and nothing. I can control the console with both controllers and launch games with either but once inside the game only the controller that launched the game can play and can’t see the other player/controller. I have been trying this in cloud game mode, not sure if that’s the problem. Im about to take this thing back. I miss the old days where you didn’t need multiple accounts and nonsense just to play 2 players.

These players are using modded controllers to dropshot quickscope in the new call of duty games and accourding to the code of conduct no players should not be me modding or using controllers that are modded while playing these games online if I run across
these players and they have not been band then we know that xbox don't give a *** about fair play
