    I have blocked a player but they have multiple profiles on their xbox and he keep msg me. Sending me party invts ect. I have reported the msgs and blocked the profiles. This player has an account that has already been permanently banned.

    Dear XBL Support,

    My friend is being really annoying and immature by changing his name to [removed], which Mzxh is MY gamer tag. He makes fun of me and is just a mean person. I got enough people to file a complaint on him and he had to change his name
    he then just added numbers. He changed his name about 10 times. Finally when I threatened him to call XBL on him he changed his name again, he changed it to Nzxh. Please Please ban him he has been harassing and making fun of me. This has been going on for
    about 3 months. He also kicks people offline with his computer, last time I was at his house he kicked most of the lobby. He is also a hacker. Please monitor what he does and if you see that what I'm saying is legitimate please ban him. Thank you for reading

    The forums here aren't a way to report people, it's actually prohibited to call out people for things they do on Live. You did the right thing in filing a complaint, all you need to do now is
    block communications and report him for the booting he's doing. Filing a complaint is the only for the Policy Enforcement Team to review the player in question.

    That doesnt help me at all. I was harassed first no matter what. If i had just reported it that doesnt take away the fact i was harassed. I was playing an online game minding my own business when this player started harassing me. Reporting it doesnt take
    back the harassment i endured. Then i end up getting banned and not them. Thats ridiculous. I will not stand for a platform that allows someone to be harassed and then bans the person who was harassed.
