    In a game of Carcassonne, the other player was being VERY obnoxious - taunting during the game, sending rude messages. So I just quit. I then get a message that Im being reported as a cheater, and that my gamertag would be posted to a popular Carcassonne
    forum where other users would be contacting me and reporting me for cheating by 'not accepting defeat.'

    I reported him as well as two others who also began harrassing me with similar messages. My question is: is this all I need to do to ensure that this player gets a perma-ban from Xbox Live? It really seems like something like this, taken to such an extreme,
    wouldn't be tolerated.

    Haven't had this experience before in over 13 years of Xbox Live subscription, so Im not sure what to do.

    I have multiple xbox live profiles linked to one email address, so when it try to sign in via the xbox website, it only comes up with the first account/profile. How do i access the other xbox live profiles?

    Yep,filing a report via your console is the only way to report someone.

    You can block & avoid them as well but if they are using multiple accounts it might be worth setting your comms to friends only for a bit.

    I wouldn't worry about them reporting you.If you have done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about.

    Unfortunately you'll always get some idiots on live.

    If you haven't already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Hey there Frame! As I understand it, you have trouble with multiple payment methods to make multiple purchases, correct? Do all of these payment methods match the region of your account as well as you physical location? Also, does the personal information
    of these payment methods match that of your account (name, address, etc.)?

    If all of that is in order, I would recommend
    contacting support     via chat or phone as this is most likely a deeper billing account issue. They'll be the experts when it comes to that. Please let us know how that goes, thanks!

    Hi there!

    It's actually not possible to have one email address to multiple accounts. You account's email address is unique to a single Microsoft account only.

    On the Xbox app, do you see the game as owned?

    Try to check your account via https://account.microsoft.com and confirm if the email address that's showing there is the same as the account signed in to the Microsoft Store. Then go to https://account.xbox.com/Profile and check if it shows the same gamertag signed in to your Xbox app.

    Let's see if they all matched.
