Player harassment.

There is a player that has been blocked by more then 4 people on gta5 as well as there personal Microsoft accounts but this player can still some how join there game and is harassing them every time they get in the game, the gamertags and person's name is
known and they have been reported more then ten times by each player. This harassment has been aloud to continue for over a year with no repercussions from the enforcement team. Screen shots have been taken to have farther proof of this happening with nothing
being done by enforcement to stop or prevent it.

I was just doing what I was told to do by the xbox live support team. I appreciate the heads up though, guys. I never thought of it that way

 

all you can do is keep reporting it and the enforcement team will take appropriate action

 

Sorry, do not keep reporting the player. The PET investigate all complaints prior to laying an enforcement on an account. Because they get thousands of complaints per day it can take some time for them to properly investigate the tag. They work from oldest
to newest. Every time you report a tag it moves it back to the top of the list (newest).

A block only means they can no longer contact you. They can still get into your lobby if there is no other available or if someone from your lobby invites them.
