    I contacted Xbox Live chat and it appears that trolling or unsportmanlike behaviour violates the code of conduct, so I was forwarded to this forum by the Microsoft support to explain the situation and provide the evidence for Enforcement Team.

    My forum friend today posted a thread with a gif, conerning how he was trolled by one of the players in the battle. I am sick of those people freely ruining experience for other players without any consequences and I would really like this "player" receive
    the deserved actions towards and against him, so I decided to write up to the Enforcement Team. I hope the actions will be taken and that the evidence is enough to suspend him for some time or even permamently if he's doing such things on daily basis.

  2. UNSPORTSMANLIKE BEHAVIOUR

    I played my first video game with Unreal1 (1998)multiplayer, I guess I am getting up there in

    years. I still use my original name of "Easy Target OF"(Old farts clan), I remember "Cliffy B" (creator)

    playing with us back then for feedback on Unreal game play. I am now playing Horde 10 years later and love it !

    However there are some issues that really aremaking it hard to continue to enjoy this game.

    1. PLAYERS not using microphone.

    Suggestion: Make it a mandatory choice before game starts to play "with microphone" or it "no"

    microphone

    2. Players who do not understand the rules about how to use their class.

    Example: SCOUT class not picking up points before end of level for extra bonus points.

    Suggestion: Maybe be a "message in a popup window" could appear in the Scout's screen with an alert.

    3. NEW PLAYERS or "Newbies" who immediately go to INSANE and HARDCORE and have absolutely no idea how

    to play, this spoils the game for experienced players.

    Suggestion: Players should achieve a certain level of game play experience before "allowed" to play

    Hardcore or Insane levels. "Grey" out the Hardcore and Insane level choices

    4. GAME SOFTWARE does not properly select players of similar experience prior to start of the Horde

    match. It takes quite a few minutes for the game to load every new game, this can quickly add up in

    wasted time looking to assemble a equally balanced team. I believe this is One of the MAIN REASONS players

    leave prior to match start. Suggestion: PLEASE FIX !

    5. UNSPORTSMANLIKE BEHAVIOR. Where do I start?

    Example 1: When there is an ENGINEER on the team,and other Players who do not play their Class, have

    no Cards for discounts and BUILD from Fabricator. Suggestion: Maybe be a "message in a popup window"

    could appear in all the player's screen with an alert showing the players' name ( SHAMING !)

    If the poor behaviour the game could prevent the offending player from accessing Fabricator.

    Example 2: When there is an SCOUT on the team, and other Players who do not play their Class, have no

    Cards for bonus power points, and collect power. Suggestion: Maybe be a "message in a popup window"

    could appear in all the player's screen with an alert showing the players' name ( SHAMING !)

    If the poor behaviour the game could prevent the offending player from accessing power collecting

    process.

    6. GAME SOFTWARE while loading a Horde match, does not easily display other players abilities (cards)

    to other players on the team. I believe this is One of the MAIN REASONS players leave prior to match start.

    You may also want to go to the World of Tanks Forums at wot360edition.com and report his post/thread or try PM a Wargaming admin--maybe Nyx or Lady Obscura to bring their attention to this player and his posts. Trolling behaviour is not tolerated by WGA
    either in game or on the forums. thank you.

    You have been given the wrong information.

    The ONLY way to report someone is via your console
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo


    It can't be done via the forums or anywhere else & the enforcement team do not accept picture/video evidence.

    You are not allowed to post personal info like your email address on the forums or links to videos/pictures containing other peoples gamertags either.

    I have contacted the Microsoft Xbox Live chat and I have been forwarded to this sub-forum to post the evidence. I have been told that the thread will be queued up to Enforcement Team and I will be contacted within 24 hours.

    Just as well I was notified, to put up my e-mail adress just in case.

    In this case either you are trolling me or the Microsoft support was wrong. I hardly can't believe the second is true.

    Most chat/phone support have little to no idea how the forums work.

    Reporting someone can only be done via your console & you are not allowed to post your email address here,call out gamertags or links to images containing gamertags.

    The enforcement team will not contact you either.

    If that so, then why would Microsoft support just told me that a 20 minutes ago?

    I wasn't asking them, where should I create a thread with evidence. I have been suggested by the employer herself to put up a thread there.

    No one from Microsoft or the enforcement team read these forums.There is no direct way to contact the enforcement team unless you are enquiring about a ban/suspension.They only accept reports made via your console.

    A forum mod will be along to remove all the things you should not have posted & hopefully verify everything I've said.

    The question is, why would Xbox Live support spread misonfirmation instead of confirming what you have said?

    From our convo, it appeared that the person I was talking with was 100% sure how it works. There wasn't "maybe" or "possible". words. Just the straight info. The answer when I have asked about the chances of getting a reply was long those lines: "Yes, the
    moderators follow the sub-forums and when needed forward the player complaints threads to the Enforcement Team. Within next 24 hours you should be contacted."

    The information that Daft Badger is giving you is correct.

    Looks like that guy is being a bit of a jerk.

    Just report him on your console for unsportsmanlike behaviour.

    Then you just need to let it go. Avoid him as a player. Put him on block. Don't let him ruin your day or your life.

    Sometimes it takes time but bad behaviour like that catches up with people in the end and he'll get the ban he deserves.
