Player Cheating and communicating with me after he was "kicked" from game

Last night while playing Sniper Elite 3 a player was accused of cheating by everyone in the lobby. In a game where top ranked players score between 4 - 7 kills in a single 20 minute game this player scores 25 - 40 kills. The game is slow action, patience,
and strategy. The maps are huge and filled with shadows and hiding places all over the place. A campers dream. The cheating player not only gets COD like kill numbers but gives people advise over where enemies are hiding.

After he was kicked last night, while I was waiting for the game to "sync" - which is a no communication time. This kicked player communicated with me over my head phones. He yelled that he would "....kill(me) you and your family". How can a player who
is not in the game communicate with me on my headphones while I'm in a game? After the game started the other players informed me that they had not heard his message. Therefore his message was personally directed at me. Everyone should have heard the message
since they all had mics on. Very scary. Imagine if he is doing this to small children! He sounds like he is in his 20's. Most of the people in Sniper Elite 3 are full grown mature men.

This guy has to be dealt with in a very serious manner. He is clearly hacking some thing in the Xbox game Sniper Elite 3. If he continues to harass the Sniper Elite 3 community I will stop using my xbox and stop my membership

Its like the guy saying another person was cheating because he kept using no huddle and using audibles.

 

So, ANYone can get kicked from ANY game for ANY reason?

Report and block on your console, you can not name and shame here.

 

If you set up a gaming system and tell people it's safe for them and their children and then have the system hacked, there should be a financial penalty. I don't think it's funny when a hacker - not in the lobby - figures out a way to speak only to me through
my Xbox headset and threatens to kill me and my family. Especially considering that I have entrusted Xbox with my personal information.

If you hack and threaten to kill a whole family then public shaming shouldn't be your biggest concern.

Reporting and blocking means trusting the same people who told me the Xbox would be safe entertainment for my family. Especially since they will not inform me of the outcome of their investigation - if they, in fact conduct an investigation.

 

They will not conduct any investigation if you don`t report on your console.

Naming and shaming is a forum rule, not one of xbox lives, any one could just as easily post your tag online claiming you have done the same things.

 

Reporting via your console is the ONLY way to bring this person to the attention of the enforcement team & you certainly won't be getting any free xbox live.

Your personal info is perfectly safe on xbox live unless your dumb enough to give that info out or your login info.As mentioned,you can't call out gamertags on the forums.
