Played Trial, bought game at store, still stuck on the trial (cannot play full game I ...

I downloaded the trial for Madden 18 on EA Access. Shortly after, I purchased Madden 18 from the store. On release day, it still prompted me to play the trial. I deleted the game I downloaded from EA Access and re-downloaded it from the store. Still,
it asked me if I wanted to play the trial.

When I connect it tells me "congratulations, you have unlocked (cant remember the rest, but it is indicative of my purchase)", but still tells me I am playing the trial.

How do I rectify my software license to reflect my purchase?

I DO understand HE bought the full games, you did not so if you try to play them on your account you may only end up with trial versions and you cannot turn the trials into the full ones cause they are not available to do so.

 

Trouble playing Arcade Game Sonic the Hedgehog

I bought Sonic the Hedgehog Arcade game and when I try to play it, it only gives me the option to play the trial version. I checked my download history and It is there as I bought the full game and its on my game played list. When I first bought the game
I was able to play the full version but now I can't play the full game it just says "Play Trial Version". It also gives me the option to redownload the full game but it stayed the same as play trial version. For proof, I have even unlocked achievements for
the game. If I recall, I bought the arcade game on the same profile but on a different Xbox 360. But I have bought many arcade games on that previous console and they work fine on my current console. Please reply.

 

I have the same **** issue!!!! This is beyond frustrating!!!

 

Have you tried clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds?
