I've been playing for hours on end today and during my gameplay, the game suddenly said I have to buy a copy of the game or switch to the profile that purchased the game. I purchased the goddamned game and microsoft can't update the xbox without **** something
else up. Fix your system before you lose millions of customers microsoft.

GTA IV: "You don't own this game"

Hello. I've been having an issue with my digital copy of GTA IV. I purchased the game a while back, played it for months, and then took a break to play some other titles. Now, suddenly, it's telling me that I don't own the game. Every time I go to
play it, it gives me the option to purchase the game, and that's it. It's as if I never owned it, and yet I have played it for countless hours, earned many achievements, and recorded plenty of clips. I purchased the game digitally, it's still installed on
my console, and I have never played it on a disc. I'm just clueless as to why I suddenly can't play a game that I definitely own. Any solutions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided release date wrong in the store.

I just checked the digital store and it says its been pushed back to 10/18/16 as of today. Today is the release day. Every physical store will or already has started releasing it at 11 pm tonight. People are already playing it on Twitch right now. Am I to
believe people will be allowed to play it if they buy it physically but digital owners must wait for two months? If this is legit, its illegal. I have tried contacting Xbox Customer Support and they all tell me its 10/18/16....but that cannot be correct. They
can't call every store in America and stop them in 9 hours.

There's something wrong with the servers or something. Microsoft won't tell us what it is, or how long it'll take to fix, seeing as it's been going on for nearly 5 hours now. Any game on your console that's digital is unplayable. Any purchase you try to
make will not go through.

my far cry 4 digital copy is unplayable also. I'm *** about it. I was off today and want to play it all day. Didn't play one second of it.

Ah, the more than 2 hours one would definitely do it because I really wanted to give it a chance. But I don't understand as I've played Battlefield 5 for more than 2 hours and I was able to refund it. But its a digital game why does it matter that if you played it for more than 2 hours or so? That's so weird and confusing. Especially if the game is extremely unplayable, which it was for me personally.

Finally got mine working, Turned it off, unplugged it from the wall for 10 seconds and plugged it back in. Not sure if that fixed it or if Xbox live got better, but they finally launch..
