Played 5 hours of three different f2p games but the third wont update

I played in order Marvel Heroes Omega (got credit), Paladins (got credit), and Gwent (no credit) even though each was over 5 hours of play time just in the past few weeks.

For the Free to play reward for playing 5 hours on 3 different F2P games, how do I track my time? Also, does game time spent on Play anywhere games played on my Laptop count? ie. Gwent and Fallout Shelter.

Issue for F2P titles for counted towards progression in freedom rewards

I have an issue with freedom rewards it shows i only have played 1 free to play title for 5 hours but i have played multiple f2p titles for more then 5 hours and they haven't been counted (I opted in before i played said titles for said amount of time)

We only see 5 hours or more playtime in Marvel Heroes Omega and Warframe. We do not see any playtime for Gwent, and your Paladins play time is only about 3 hours. If you have only recently done this activity, please keep in mind that it can take us 96 hours
to receive and process new data, so it would be too early for us to have awarded that activity.
