    Playback using the Vudu app is not centered on the screen


    At first I thought it was my TV, but then my son tried it on his xbox 360 with a brand new smart TV that he had recently bought, and it did the same thing. Then he tried it on his xbox one, and it worked fine.

    Is there anything I can do?

    3D movies on disc but not compatible through app?

    Hey OneHorn21,

    After digging around, it looks like the VUDU app may not support 3D playback through the app on Xbox One. I recommend checking in with
    VUDU Support to inquire further as it is up to the developer of the app to include that functionality in their app.

    VUDU stopping when others enter room

    Anyone having this issue? When we are watching a movie on VUDU, and someone walks into the room, the system pauses playback, returns to the home screen, and welcomes the new person. It only does this on VUDU.

    All movies in Cinemanow show "play unavailable"

    I am having the same problem with Cinema Now ultraviolet movies in my library stating "playback unavailable." Until this is fixed, I recommend using Vudu for playback of all ultraviolet titles.

    The system supports Dolby Vision in certain streaming apps like Netflix, Disney +, and Vudu, but it's not yet supporting playback of 4k discs with Dolby Vision through the blu-ray app. Hopefully they will eventually patch an update to do so. But currently,

    I have the black screen of death on two separate Xboxes in the house, but vudu app appears to work out my Windows 11 desktop. Pretty sure Vudu just needs to address their app.
