Playback Failure (5005) happens on a daily basis now.

I have this issue with the playback error 5005 on Hulu + when Im playing a tv show it happens just every show that last 5-10 mins of it.

I can confirm this issue happens consistently on PS4, it's what I mainly watch Hulu on. This problem doesn't happen at all on PC or PS3, so I think it's merely an issue with PS4 and Xbox One ala, it's only a next-gen thing. Don't know why it only occurs
on PS4 and XO, but it's super annoying.

Happens to me too almost daily SOOOOOO annoying. It also annoys me that when using an infared remote or Kinect to Play/Pause that the title of the episode doesnt go away, I have to rewind for a second an then hit play to take away the episode title.

It's definitely the application. X network connection is an issue. Hulu & Microsoft need to get it together this is basic fixing the application & if that doesn't work its on x1

Of course, no support reply to this. I can confirm this happens also. I'm hard wired to my modem with ports forwarded. Xbox one.

I am having the same issue. It's terribly annoying. Contacted hulu support and the only thing that worked was uninstalling and reinstalling. But that only seemed to help for about a week and now it's back. I may have to start watching hulu on my other devices
until they get this fixed.

Yep, this happens to me all of the time, too. What's even more annoying is that it always happens at the last minute or so left in the program. Every now and then, if I'm really keen on seeing the end, I found that starting a different show or episode then
going back to the one where the error occurred would let me see the end. It doesn't work all of the time but it has worked.

I think this is a a global issue with the app itself, the error is on both Xbox One and PS4.
