    Hello I am trying to watch an episode on xbox video and I have been receiving an error code message. Playback Error An error occurred during playback. Status code: 80040000 This has been happening multiple times.

    I'm taking a look into this episode, did you purchase the SD or HD Season Pass? Are you getting the error with the Stream or Download?

    Just following up on this post.

    I never actually received an email with the last questioned response.

    I was having the issue on the PC though.

    The issue has been resolved and I was able to download the episode.

    This post can now be considered as answered.
