Playback error code c101ab80

I purchased / rented a movie and it will not play keep getting the same error code for rented movies. Purchased movies play fine and everything else works fine but not rented movies. Have tried everything recommended on the site and forums and its still
not working. Looking for a refund, I'll not be using Microsoft movies any longer unless they can get this worked out and actual provide a fix or a person to contact. More than an hour of my life wasted bs I rented on xbox movies vs using amazon or any other
reliable site.
