Sorry, poor choice of words on my part. I observed the promotion on my console. I purchased through the console, the first three months were immediately applied to my account. I forgot about the promotion until a week or so ago. There has never been
a code provided through my email or Xbox messenger.

This offer can take up to 4 weeks before you receive your promotional currency. Keep in mind that this offer is only valid for purchasing Xbox Live Gold through the promotion on the dashboard. If you added an Xbox Live Gold token to your
account during this promotion, it will not qualify you for this promotion. If it has been over 4 weeks and you still have not received your currency and you have followed all of the required steps, please let us know. Thanks!
