    Apologies if this question is asked and answered elsewhere, but I could not find it.

    I have a 360 in a bedroom and a One in a living room. The play to feature from my Surface and my PC both function correctly on the One. When I try to play to the 360 from either of those devices, the movie skips. I have let a show play for over 10 minutes
    and the skipping does not stop. Prior to getting the One, i had the same issue with the 360 and it was in the location where the One is now. Ideas???

    Glitchy games.

    Iv'e tried it and still the same problem. After it hits 80% it skips to 100% right away!

    Still not letting me play anything and freezes constantly!

    Server connection error

    I have been unable to play the game since about 6am Monday morning, I am constantly getting an error that the game cannot connect to the Xbox live servers. I am running the game on a surface 2 tablet. My son has a Dell Venue 8 Pro and the game works for
    him. I tried it with my account on his tablet and got the server connection error. I am able to play other Xbox games from my Surface 2.

    Limitless resets

    The limit is to prevent people from constantly skipping around with people to play games without actually purchasing them I believe.

    Big ring in middle of disk?

    Stop bumping the 360 console or /vibrating the surface it's sitting on. If you're not doing those things, stop using the console and get another one.



    DVD rental stores usually have a resurfacing machine that can take care of the damage if the scratch hasn't made it down to the data layer of the disc.



    Your best bet is to install your games to the HDD or to a large-enough USB Memory Unit. This stops the 360 from spinning the disc constantly while in-game.

    Hello,

    On your Xbox make sure you are signed in the same account as on your Surface. Go to "tv & movies" and go into Xbox Video. From there go to "My Videos" and "My Movies", Is your video there?

    Remember rented videos will only play on the device they were bought on, only "Purchases" are available on all xboxs/devices.

    From your Surface, play the video, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap "Play on Xbox 360" this will send the video to play on your Xbox 360 but you must have purchased the movie, not rented it.
