Play time not updating

I want to know if anything is being done about the play time stats not updating issue? Microsoft hasn't even acknowledged this is a problem but it is. My playtime stats have not updated ever since the lasest console update. I dont want a dumb reply like

I have a specific reason (friendly competition) on a game with a friend that is related to progression per playtime.

In the past when this has been fixed with and update, do you know if the play time we are doing while it is broken ultimately feeds into overall playtime?

It's likely a server side issue. Most people are working from home during the pandemic so stats are likely to be delayed. This has happened a number of times since march 2020 and has been acknowledged by Xbox. So hopefully when things go back to normal it
should be all good.

Sounds like a server issue, i know there are a lot of other issues that are taking precedence since the pandemic, Hopefully the issue will get fixed for you soon!

I would not worry to much about it. Alot has gone wrong on xbox recently because of the pandemic

I'm not sure that this problem is worrying a lot of users, personally, I don't have this problem, For the moment no update is planned to fix it. Thank you in advance.
