Before we help you out, could you clarify what you mean by playing games Steam and Uplay games on your Xbox?

 

You can not do that at this time. Probably not even a planned feature. You woukd have to pay for them separately.

I'm assuming what you want to know is how you can play your "Steam" and "Uplay PC" games on your Xbox, the short answer is you can't. If you have a game on one of these that is also on Xbox and you want to play it on Xbox, you will need to purchase it
again for the Xbox.

Unfortunately those options are not available on Xbox only available on the PC.
