Play online with friend without installed game on Xbox one

Hi, unfortunately it's not possible to do it if you don't have the game.

PlayStation 4's Share Play feature unfortunately does not work in the manner you're expecting. It permits a player to take over the controls of your game for a period of time; it does not permit you both to access the same game at the same time. What it
sounds like you want is a feature similar to Nintendo DS's Download Play feature, which allowed players to locally share portions of a multiplayer game in a local ad-hoc network environment. In that setup, only one person on the network needed a copy of the
title, but the joining players did not have access to all the features of the game (for example, not all maps or selectable characters would be available unless the player actually had the game on their system).
