    Hello, I’m new to this ultimate game pass. I see some games I can just press play on the cloud and play. But others I can’t like the Starfield, I have to install it even though it says On the cloud as available.

    Can someone clarify this a little bit please ? ☺️

    Is there a problem with cloud gaming for starfield on Xbox one ?

    There is currently a service alert up for cloud gaming, hence why you cannot play Starfield on the cloud. Microsoft are aware of it, and are working on a fix.

    Starfield is not recognizing my special pre-order items on one of my PCs, but it is on the rest.

    Im also having a issue with playing starfield on a laptop and a desktop. Why cant i use the cloud to play on both?

    I did install it in the end.

    I tried a couple of smallish size games in the cloud and it said the server was busy long queues… so I got fed up with that …
